http://www.nytimes.com/2013/11/05/health/vaccine-approved-for-brain-fever.html?ref=science

This article describes a new vaccine that has been released to the public to help with 'Brain Fever,' an illness that kills many children and damages the brains of others who catch it. There is no cure for this illness, though this vaccine is supposed to keep the illness away until the children grow to the age in which it is no longer able to take affect. While the illness does not infect more than 1% of those contract it, it still harms more than 15,000 kids a year and leaves others disabled. Chinese made, the Indians bought more than 80 billion doses of the vaccine to distribute to the children. While the vaccine has been approved in the states, it is more than $200 dollars for each vaccine.

Governmental Preferences

I believe that the best form of government is a monarchy. Granted, a monarchy that would have a few changes to it. There would be a bit of a democratic mix to the government. The citizens would be able to vote and voice their opinions on their ruler. If the ruler is not running the government fairly, the people have the option to kick the ruler out in favor of a new one. In the past, when England had a king or queen who actually cared for their people, the economy and everyone seemed to be doing well.
